With two locations in eastern Pennsylvania, Underground is your one-stop shop for cigarette rolling papers, hookahs, pipes, condoms, incense, toys, drinking games, unusual gifts and more!  We specialize in carrying QUALITY American-made glass tobacco pipes for the serious smoker.  Our Wind Gap store also has a "Adult Novelty" room for adults over 18. 

Our Windgap location celebrated it's grand opening in May 2010 and we are scouting locations to bring Underground to more Pennsylvania markets very soon!
